It can either take place at my address in Ormskirk or online using Google Meet. You may wish to have a mix of the two to fit in with your family needs. There is also the option of having tutoring take place in the comfort of your own home. This maybe something that may suit the needs of the younger students or you are unable to travel to Ormskirk.

Absolutely, come in, have a brew and use the Wi-Fi, watch some TV while you wait. You wont have to worry about disturbing us, we will be focused on the work at hand.

This is due to the additional costs in time and transportation. You are more than welcome to join your child at the tuition centre and pass the time with a brew and the Wi-Fi. You won't have to worry about disturbing us.

One-to-One tuition will always tend to be the most effective, whether this being in person or online. For some students however small group tuition is also a great way to learn, as well as having my input they also are able to bounce questions off each other. There may be ad-hoc sessions available during term breaks so please message and ask for more information.

During the initial tuition sessions we fill focus on areas of weakness that have been highlighted by the initial diagnostic questioning. This online programme will be set up under the parent/guardians e-mail address, meaning you also have access to this and can see any other subsequent progress reports. Over subsequent tutor sessions, through regular diagnostic questioning, the aim is to fill in those underlying gaps and then extend knowledge to strengthen and improve overall attainment. Sessions can also be adapted to cover homework, revision for a test or something they want to gain confidence with. This ensures that there is curriculum flexibility.

This depends on what type of tutoring you require. One-to-One sessions start at only £35 per session depending on what key stage we cover. If you wish to have tuition take place at your home address then this is slightly more expensive as this covers traveling time and costs, but just send me a message and we will see what can be worked out.
